Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and deploy scalable quantum machine learning models and neural networks capable of processing complex, high-dimensional data sets.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research projects exploring the intersection of quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence to drive innovation.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency on next-gen hardware architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum information theory.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
