Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures that seamlessly integrate current AI models with future quantum computing protocols.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 vision and industry trends.
- Optimize AI Workflows: Enhance machine learning pipelines to handle increased data throughput and complexity, preparing for the next generation of computational demands.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of advanced cybersecurity measures to protect proprietary AI algorithms and data assets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI architecture or system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Quantum Awareness: Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential application in current AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
