Responsibilities

- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies and milestones for the company's upcoming product launches, ensuring alignment with long-term vision.
- Optimize Neural Performance: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor them for maximum efficiency, latency reduction, and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- R&D Exploration: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to keep Nexus Future Labs ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics (PhD preferred) with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture or distributed systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) or advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
