Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures integrating traditional machine learning with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Quantum-Algorithm Integration: Translate complex quantum algorithms into deployable cloud services using Python and Rust.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize inference speeds and model accuracy, targeting sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Technical Visionary: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, anticipating industry shifts in Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees in Quantum Computing are highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS or GCP architecture, specifically in managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Language: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
