Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML and Quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI and Quantum Algorithms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neural networks into legacy systems.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency and reduce computational latency.
- Define technical standards and best practices for high-performance computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural networks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
