Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for next-generation hardware.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating AI models with quantum computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct research into emerging quantum error correction and optimization techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI/Quantum development.
- Optimize software stacks for performance, latency, and throughput in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with deep knowledge of quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Experience deploying scalable AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and optimization theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
