Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing algorithms integrated with deep learning frameworks.
- Lead research and development efforts for proprietary AI models targeting the 2026 market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for quantum-ai hybrid systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Present technical proposals to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (focus on Quantum or AI).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quantum computing software development (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and optimization algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.) or leading R&D.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
