Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models to production environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
