Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and generative AI systems tailored for 2026 scalability.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness using cloud-native technologies.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms to maintain a competitive edge in the AI market.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in software engineering and data science.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models that handle high concurrency and large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
