Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and infrastructure for the 2026 era.
- Research, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production web and mobile applications.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Stay ahead of AI trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
