Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and infrastructure to support our 2026 product roadmap.
- Roadmap Leadership: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate strategic 2026 goals into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating and integrating new techniques to improve our core algorithms.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
