Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI initiatives, from experimental research in deep learning to production-grade deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to build intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems.

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, specifically focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality training datasets.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model scalability, monitoring, and reliability in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to validate performance improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our product stack.
- Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to the technical documentation of our AI platform.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and optimization algorithms.
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high traffic and low latency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
