Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Lead development of generative AI models for multimodal data processing
- Optimize neural architectures for edge deployment on quantum computing platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Contribute to NeuroSync's proprietary federated learning framework
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ML engineering with proven deployment of large-scale models
- Expertise in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent research portfolio
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI conferences
- Strong background in adversarial ML security and bias mitigation
- Familiarity with quantum computing primitives
