Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into scalable production applications.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in ML engineering.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical deployment in all products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) is a plus.
