Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Pioneer Generative Models: Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art Generative AI models, focusing on efficiency and hallucination reduction.
- Optimize Inference: Engineer solutions to reduce model latency and cost while maximizing accuracy for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
