At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are not just building software; we are architecting the intelligence layer for the next decade. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI/ML Architect to spearhead the development of our proprietary generative AI platforms, designed to define the operational standard for 2026.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will be responsible for building the foundational models that will power our enterprise clients' next-generation workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable deep learning and generative AI architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to support high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into advanced AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model versioning, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformer models) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models that have direct business impact.
