Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Conduct research on emerging AI architectures and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and model fairness are strictly maintained.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
