Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Pipelines: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for Generative AI and Large Language Models tailored for future market needs.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish and maintain robust MLOps frameworks to ensure model deployment, monitoring, and retraining are seamless and automated.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, distillation, and inference optimization to reduce latency and cost for production environments.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research into novel neural architectures and novel attention mechanisms to stay ahead of the curve for 2026 technology trends.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement safety guidelines and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible deployment of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, or custom architectures).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
