Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of distributed machine learning systems optimized for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum-enhanced algorithms into legacy infrastructures.
- Oversee the migration to edge computing nodes to reduce latency in real-time data processing.
- Implement rigorous security protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 'Future Tech' division.
- Conduct performance tuning for large-scale neural networks running on heterogeneous hardware.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-scale system architecture, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces and neuromorphic computing.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
