Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive technology roadmap with a primary focus on achieving market leadership and operational excellence by the year 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to solve complex business problems.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with engineering leads to oversee the development of proprietary algorithms and software ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across C-suite executives and board members.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor tech stacks and future trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the planning and budgeting for technology initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic or technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in an AI or Future Tech capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
