Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the company, aligning technical capabilities with business goals to drive growth.
- Technology Roadmap: Lead the research and development of innovative technologies anticipated to define the 2026 market.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance productivity.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and pilot programs to test new AI paradigms before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certifications: Professional certification in AI or Data Science is a plus.
