Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and generative AI systems, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to handle millions of concurrent requests efficiently.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, exploring novel algorithms and optimization techniques for 2026 standards.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code, adhering to industry best practices and CI/CD standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to deploy models to production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, specifically with Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, etc.).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability/statistics.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
