Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure and production-grade AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision, to pioneer new solutions for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure high accuracy and low latency in real-world applications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and improve system efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
