As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI models, from research and prototyping to production deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale deep learning models for Project 2026.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance in high-traffic environments.
- Spearhead the development and deployment of robust MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI development.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks and algorithms to keep the stack modern and efficient.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
