Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce cloud costs through architectural improvements.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
