Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Contribute to the architecture of scalable cloud-native AI services.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
