Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems that power our core product suite.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms and infrastructure to improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of statistical learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of taking complex research concepts and translating them into robust, scalable software products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
