Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI capabilities, identifying emerging trends and technologies to integrate into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable Models: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Deep Learning and Machine Learning models capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model inference speeds and accuracy, ensuring our solutions are as efficient as they are intelligent.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into cutting-edge areas such as Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or lead engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Deep understanding of NLP and LLM architectures.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
