Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models utilizing the emerging 2026 AI Stack (Agentic AI, Neuromorphic Computing).
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency inference on next-gen hardware.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in researching novel architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
