The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI products, from conceptualization to deployment. You will collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build scalable, robust, and ethical AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable microservices and data pipelines to support high-volume AI inference.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific domain applications, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Deployment: Manage the CI/CD pipeline for AI models, ensuring rapid iteration and reliable production release cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
