Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for the 2026 platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.
- Implement and fine-tune deep learning models, including Large Language Models and Computer Vision systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our stack.
- Lead technical discussions and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment methodologies (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
