Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, focusing on areas such as NLP and Computer Vision.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, validation, and production deployment.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference and training times to ensure high performance under heavy load.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI development within the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and statistical methods.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
