Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and neural networks optimized for high-performance computing.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI methodologies to forecast future system requirements (Year 2026 roadmap).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
