Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance neural architectures for autonomous agents and predictive models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML researchers and software engineers in the development of the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge devices and distributed cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps for next-gen consumer applications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural planning sessions to ensure scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and GPU optimization (CUDA, ROCm).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision paradigms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
