Job Description
We are not just predicting the future; we are building it. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are engineering the interface of the year 2026. Our mission is to merge human consciousness with spatial computing through advanced Generative AI and neural rendering. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our core research team in San Francisco.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect the neural foundations of the next generation of mixed reality. If you are obsessed with latency, scalability, and the ethical implications of AGI in spatial environments, we want to meet you.
Why Join Us?
- Impact First: Your work will directly influence the user experience of millions in the 2026 ecosystem.
- State-of-the-Art: Access to cutting-edge hardware and proprietary datasets.
- Competitive Compensation: Top-tier salary plus performance equity.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural rendering pipelines optimized for spatial computing hardware (e.g., AR/VR headsets).
- Design and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for spatial context awareness and natural language interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Hardware, Engineering) to bridge the gap between AI models and immersive interfaces.
- Ensure real-time performance and low-latency processing for AI inference in edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for the AI research department.
- Conduct rigorous testing on ethical AI bias and safety protocols for consumer-facing applications.
Qualifications
