Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance for 2026 workloads.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of cutting-edge technologies, including LLM fine-tuning, multi-modal AI, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Define Ethical Standards: Establish and enforce ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, aligning AI capabilities with long-term corporate objectives.
- Integration & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from prototype to production deployment using modern CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in designing complex AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Innovation: Strong understanding of emerging trends in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Edge AI.
