Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Project 2026 Roadmap: Translate business objectives into technical milestones, specifically focusing on the evolution of autonomous agents and predictive analytics by 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical reviews to ensure code quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to support heavy computational loads and real-time data processing.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating new frameworks and integrating them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture or similar high-level technical roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
