Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems for Project 2026, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives into emerging neural network architectures and optimize deep learning models for low-latency environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a diverse team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and quantum computing specialists to integrate AI solutions with hardware infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve inference speed and training efficiency.
- Protocol Definition: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols for all AI model deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray) is highly desirable.
- Project 2026 Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in applying AI to novel, high-compute problems or working in R&D-heavy environments.
