Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures tailored for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimization: Drive performance engineering to reduce inference latency and maximize throughput on edge devices and cloud clusters.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge papers (e.g., Transformer variants, Diffusion models) and integrating novel techniques into production.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product leads to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential biases in models and implement robust guardrails to ensure ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with CUDA and GPU programming is essential.
