Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Project 2026's core machine learning infrastructure.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for high-throughput inference and low-latency deployment.
- Collaborate with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring strategies.
- Lead technical strategy sessions and mentor junior engineers on advanced AI engineering techniques.
- Conduct research into emerging hardware accelerators and optimization techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with model quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
