Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability of our AI infrastructure.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and emerging paradigms in generative AI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
