- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize neural network efficiency to handle petabyte-scale data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or leading open-source contributions in AI/ML.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
