Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, distillation, and edge deployment to optimize inference speed and resource efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, high-scale infrastructure challenges.
