Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures, focusing on latency reduction and inference efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business goals and long-term vision.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security standards, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices design patterns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
