Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping complex AI products to market.
