Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale Machine Learning models for Project 2026.
- Define and implement best practices for data pipelines, model training, and deployment (MLOps).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research and evaluate cutting-edge AI frameworks and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance engineering teams.
