Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art models.
- Optimize existing neural network architectures to reduce latency and increase throughput.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI infrastructure within the organization.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of large-scale data sets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and GPU optimization.
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is a plus.
