Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, evaluating emerging technologies to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary machine learning models, focusing on deep learning, NLP, and computer vision applications.
- System Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI solutions into existing software ecosystems seamlessly.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
