Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, integrating cutting-edge AI with legacy infrastructure.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data engineering and model training to deployment and MLOps.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical AI development.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and scalability of all AI-driven products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-ready AI/ML systems.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
