Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, distributed AI systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex computations.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Drive the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models for maximum efficiency, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy in real-time environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews and technical workshops.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and AI infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- System Design: Proven ability to design fault-tolerant systems using microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
